Delivery: what to expect
Someone should be available to receive your order. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to you — please call us the same day with any issues.
All sales are final
For delivery orders, review everything as soon as it arrives. Missing items? Call the bakery the same day. Verified shortages are refunded — no extra courier dispatch.
Pickup: verify before you leave
Please check your order at the counter before heading out. We can't address discrepancies once you've left the bakery.
